The day we begin to walk, instantly the zone and the world around us changes. As a child, we are innocent to the idea of limitations and comfort zones. However, as we grow older, as we explore who we are and how we interact with the world, we create this false concept of where our comfort zone lies. Whether it is due to fear or something else, we seem to draw this mental circle around a proportion of what we know and sit in the dead center.
In order to grow and go beyond ourselves, we need to step over the line, facing our fears, challenging our thinking or learning something new. Why we need to be bound to something is due to a number of complex reasons, however, we are all different and have them.
The challenge for you this year is to see how far you can grow the zone in which your comfortable in. What if you could expand this monthly, what about weekly?
