Since we live in such a busy world, our lifestyles jam packed with making a living, surviving, doing this and that – we sometimes lose focus on our habits.
We should be trying to start or continue our good habits, while at the same time minimize or eradicate the bad ones. But due to the lack of focus in this area, or even when we do realize something needs to change, we lack the push, motivation and drive to make the change to our habits.
If you want a better lifestyle, a different way of living, to better enable yourself or a greater you. You need to take control of these habits. You need to add/remove the appropriate and you need to be the one in control.
Breaking in a new habit, to allow it to become a regular routine or part of your life, should take you 30 days. 30 days of consistency and effort. Similarly, to remove a habit, it will require a little more attention as if it is something stuck to you, it may be a little harder to wrestle it. But I suggest going cold turkey.
I challenge you to 30 days of life change. Pick something to add or pick something to remove. Let’s make a difference with our habits!
