Change is always good for you. Maybe we struggle with it at first and it can even be painful. But change ultimately makes us into who we can be. However we should never force it, but allow, enable and give the opportunity for it to take place. Change can be like an investment, it can fluctuate in the value it brings, but like any investment, we need to apply thought, reason and be smart in what and how we make the decisions.
