Our surprising ability to achieve the unexpected comes via our will to succeed. When you have something to set your mind to, to set your heart and put full focus on we manage to go further, push harder and achieve greater. Why? It is because we have a “You’ve got this” mentality
Firstly, we have a “You’ve got this” mentality. Whether you say it or not, setting yourself up for a goal, a challenge or even a competition, we at first will take on a subconscious attitude knowing we can do it, but soon enough we will begin to see it, feel it and push for it consciously. As we spur ourselves on, as others gather around to support us, we can manage to go that extra mile.
The next time you are setting a challenge, the next time you are even thinking about it. Remember you can do whatever you put your mind to. Encourage yourself, spur yourself on, gather support from others and get out there and see what you can do!
