Day #027: Expect Things

Expect

Expectations, whether unstated or stated, create a guide of a requirement we must meet. Likewise, we should expect things (especially of ourselves) before we can even achieve them.

If we lack the ability to believe in ourselves, how can we expect to achieve goals, conquer challenges and pursue passions? I understand fear and failure can haunt us, but I also understand without these we would never be successful anyway. Just because you believe in yourself, this won’t mean the results, the answers and outcomes you are looking for will just magically appear. No! You still have a journey, an adventure, obstacles and daily steps to complete before you will find what you are looking for.

The sooner you start believing in yourself, the sooner you can expect things to happen. You are either your own worse enemy or you will be your biggest fan.
