To embrace the opportunity and to embrace the unknown is like chasing the horizon into the unexpected. Look back across the years and ask yourself if you ever imagined you would be where you are now. Whether it be 2, 5, 10 or more years, take a quick moment to reflect and ask yourself.
There a few things I can probably say I predicted or that have come to pass, however, I think 80% of what I am doing or have achieved today, in comparison to 10 years ago is all new to me. Between 2 to 5 years, there is less which is news to me, however, there is also so much which I would have never imagined…
What about you? Have you crossed the horizon into the unknown? Are you doing things you never believed you could be or imagined you would be? Regardless of your answer, the key point today is to remember that as we travel into the unknown towards the horizon, we should be prepared to embrace what lies ahead.
Who knows what the next 2, 5 or 10 years will bring. Opportunity is simply evolving exponentially.
