We either love it or hate it. Change can be the very thing which brings out both sides of the spectrums. But in most cases, we’re all for it or against it. We need to be willing to embrace it. Good change can be overwhelming, we can be super excited and start to do silly things due to being distracted. However, a change which we are not excited for will require our attention in a different manner. We need to pay attention to adapt, we need to be willing to adapt and we need to look for the understanding of why this change is for the best.
I am all for change, but sometimes I can struggle to embrace the change. Being a creature of habit, it requires me to broaden my horizons and absorb something more and something different. Now, this isn’t a bad thing necessarily, it just means I have to allow enough time to settle into the new and unknown.
That’s okay. So if you are experiencing the same. Just take your time and tune to it slow and steady.
