Every day we feel a little different. But because of that, we can surprise ourselves. Between setting expectations and limitations we can already determine our output. While at the same time when we just get out there and give it our best shot we have a better chance of kicking goals. You just need to get out there.
Stop hesitating. Stop holding back and making excuses. It is time to get up and get to it. Give it your best shot and you will surprise yourself.
Remember, you’re on a journey so each day will vary. Some will be easy, some will be hard, some will be the best and some will be your worse. The fact of the matter is – as long as you keep pushing forward, you have nothing to lose.
