Strength builds over time. We may be born strong, but we can always grow our strength and it is best built through consistency. I challenge you to consider working towards a goal, which you consistently make an effort to daily. It does not need to be anything CRAZY or BIG, but just something you can move forward with, spend time on and be productive daily.
Small efforts over a LONG period of time will enable you to have results, or you can do HUGE effort over a short period of time and come out the same way. However, this STRENGTH I speak of is not of muscle mass or lifting weights. I am talking about all round strength of capacity and drive. The more you put in the more you will get out. If you do heaps of consistent little things over a long period of time, the capacity of the outcome will be huge. Lots of BIG changes will soon enough take place.
It is time to step up your game. Show some strength and knock back any FEAR.
