Control is power. But we can’t control everything. Therefore we should understand the limitations implied with control. In doing so, we should understand that with and without control we need to be adaptive. We need to be able to adjust, adapt and be fluid with the situations. When you can control, you can help others adjust, adapt and flow into the new. When you can’t control, you need to be the one adjusting and so on.
How we adapt and how we control should work in sync. If we thrive and drive via one rather than the other, this influence will have a ripple effect. Not just to ourselves, but also to those around us. So make sure when you’re going to be making ripples, ensure that others can still swim comfortably.
